That's just terrible. I'm so sorry about that. My dad emailed me this morning. The subject line read "Losing It". He's soon to retire and about to be jobless. He has an almost 2 year old baby to take care of and a new house he brought that he's going to end up having to sell if he doesn't get a job soon. He's got me worried sick about him. I have no idea how he's going to manage that. Things have just gotten worse for him. Forgive me but, it may be karma? I don't know. I feel bad because I don't want it to happen to him but me and my mom went through that for the past 3 years after my parents divored. We just got an apartment about six months ago we are very stable right now. Neither of us had jobs or a home. We lived with my aunt (my mom's sister). Took us three years to manage before moving out. Thank god for my Titi Elsie. She was there for us. I couldn't even begin to imagine what would happen if my mom or I lost our jobs right now. We just started getting stable. But, we do know how it is. We were there. It's really rough. It tests your nerves in so many ways. I've gone through what seemed like a lifetime of stress in 3 years. Parents divorce, no jobs, no home, lol even coming out as gay. But like you said Gymmy, life goes on. Me and my mom made it. We both started from scratch. Me not ever having a job and my mom having not worked in over 20 years. We did it. If you have to resort to small jobs or second jobs, then that what it will take, but nothing is impossible and if you set your mind, you can do it. I hope you get through this. It's hard. It's scary but, I know you will be able to. =)
