Background information: I'm 18 and he's 30, he was my old high school teacher but we got together after not seeing each other for 5 years and are now living together. It's all going well.
THEN... This morning just after midnight he received the following email:

****,

You should consider the position you are currently in. People are talking about you behind your back. People you consider friends are talking behind your back. I must admit that I have talked about you behind your back. I think the situation you are in now is going to damage your career and relationships with your friends, colleagues and the students. Not only that, you are starting to change, and not for the better.

Neither of us know the email address that sent it to him.

What do you think should be done?

BTW we are both guys; I've been out of the school system for 2 years and I hadn't seem him for 5 since I moved schools and cities when I was younger.

THANKS!

I would do nothing as well. It seemed to be more of an FYI email than a threat.

On the other hand, your story doesn't add up. You are 18 and already living with him. It doesn't make sense that he was your high school teacher and you didn't see him for 5 years. That means you saw him when you were 13 years old or younger.

I'm just saying.

wow 18 and 30? it somewhat is a huge age distinction. i would not even hardship on the subject of the e-mail. particularly it is your life and who cares what ppl are saying. on the different hand... as some ppl have suggested at here. Your bf is a instructor and particularly particular you're in basic terms clean out of highschool. i'm to uncertain how the college board might inspect issues. they might not say a observe. you're 18 and you at the instant are not his pupil. lower back i dont understand i'm not a instructor or artwork for a college board. desire you the two can artwork this out.

I'm sure it's nothing. It's just a coinsidence that the email could be interpreted in a way that fits your situation with him. **** like this goes out all the time.

I think you should do....... nothing. Whoever sent it is just being nosy or jealous or something similar. I wouldn't worry unless if you got more e-mails like it.
