Authority: They make the rules.

Rules: Without them there would be anarchy.

Property: You should respect other people's property if you expect them to respect yours.

Opinion: You should respect other peoples' opinions even though you may not agree with them. they have a right to express a reasonable opinion; as long as expressing that opinion isn't harmful to society as a whole. For example racist or extremist opinions.

authority - this is first because you need to establish who is in charge right from the beginning.



rules - after the authority is set, set the rules



property - establish individual rights to property, based on the rules established earlier.



opinion - this is the difference between fact and opinion, which is oftentimes confused.
